Your body works non-stop every single day of your life to keep you going. From your heart that pumps blood to every corner of your body, to your lungs that bring in life-giving oxygen, and to your digestive system that turns the food you eat into nutrients. The way all the different parts and systems of your body work together is so intricate and complex. But it is completely fascinating! So, while you may not give certain things much thought usually, take some time to read this issue and appreciate your body for everything that it has done and will continue to do for you.
